The Shopping Centers and Parks currently employ more than 329,000 people.
The AECC is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) based in New York, which with more than 70,000 associates in more than 100 countries, represents the interests of the shopping center sector worldwide.

Es una Asociación libre, abierta e independiente, sin ánimo de lucro, cuyo objetivo central es constituir el foro de debate e intercambio de conocimiento sobre la realidad y el futuro del fenómeno comercial de nuestro tiempo como respuesta a las necesidades del consumidor de hoy.

Formada por cerca de 400 Socios y Miembros Asociados, la AECC proyecta la realidad de más de 555 Centros y Parques Comerciales en toda España, que integran a más de 34.000 comerciantes y por los que cada año pasan más de 1.900 millones de ciudadanos. Los Centros y Parques Comerciales actualmente dan trabajo a más de 329.000 personas.
