We are the focus at the University of Oxford for postgraduate teaching and advanced research on developing countries and emerging economies, and on their relationship with the rest of the world.

We were ranked first in our subject area in the UK's latest assessment of research excellence.

We offer a DPhil (PhD), an MPhil and four MSc courses to just over 250 students.
