FTL wants to help endorse a growing number of female role models, support women engineers and empower women founders. We strive to create a more equal gender ratio in tech, venture capital and entrepreneurship, and help women become the founders, funders and innovators of tomorrow.

FTL is advocated by men and women who want to help create and endorse a growing number of female role models, aim for a more equal gender ratio in the start-up and tech scene, and awake an interest in young women to join STEM fields.
