Der ACV betrachtet die individuelle Mobilität als unverzichtbaren Grundpfeiler der modernen Gesellschaft. Dazu beziehen wir in Interviews, Gesprächsrunden und Kampagnen regelmäßig Stellung. Wir vertreten die Interessen unserer Mitglieder in der Bundespolitik und in zahlreichen Gremien und Verbänden, etwa beim Deutschen Verkehrsgerichtstag, im Deutschen Verkehrsforum, im Senat der Wirtschaft. Auf europäischer Ebene agieren wir aktiv als Gründungsmitglied des European Automobil-Clubs (EAC).
