    Breaking Down Barriers. Building Bridges.

Success starts with opportunity. Ability Connect (formerly The Circle Foundation) is a social enterprise with a difference - founded by award-winning disabled businessman Mark Esho MBE, Ability Connect gives disabled people the tools and resources they need to succeed in business. We provide access to business education, finance, business support services, mentorship and networking in several different ways.

In 2024 we launched DisabledPreneurs, a non-profit directory for disabled entrepreneurs. We aim to champion the talented and overlooked community of disabled entrepreneurs - providing them with free business promotion and facilitating connections with the wider public.

We also run a first-of-its-kind online training programme for disabled entrepreneurs in collaboration with the University of Leicester School of Business called The Entrepreneurs with Disability Enterprise Program (EDDP). Unlike other online business training programs, it was designed with disabled people in mind and will understand the unique challenges that they face when it comes to business.
