Present for more than 45 years at the service of companies in the region, the Auvergne training center is thus the consultancy and training tool for industrial companies through AFPI Auvergne and the CFAI of Auvergne.
The governance of each of the two structures is ensured by a board of directors composed mainly of administrators appointed by the UIMM Auvergne, the MEDEF Auvergne Rhone Alpes appointing the administrators who complete the composition of the council.
Our missions: offer a global consulting and training service to meet the needs of industries and therefore employability in the region. Thus companies in the region can benefit from a wide range of services: communication tools on trades, recruitment assistance, potential assessment, plan-skilitative-compreheth, advice, training plan, creation of Public training or individualized training course and finally evaluation and certification of training, all in a skills employment approach.
All of these processes are provided by professionals inspired by a employers' vision of human resources management in order to support the competitiveness of businesses through the skills of men and women who compose them.

Présent depuis plus de 45 ans au service des entreprises de la région, le Pôle Formation Auvergne est ainsi l'outil de conseil et de formation des entreprises industrielles au travers de l’AFPI Auvergne et du CFAI d’Auvergne.
La gouvernance de chacune des deux structures est assurée par un Conseil d’Administration composé majoritairement d’administrateurs nommés par l’UIMM Auvergne, le MEDEF Auvergne Rhone Alpes nommant les administrateurs qui complètent la composition du Conseil.
Nos missions : proposer un service global de conseil et de formation pour répondre aux besoins des industries et donc à l'employabilité dans la région. Ainsi les entreprises de la région peuvent bénéficier d’une large palette de services : outils de communication sur les métiers, aide au recrutement, évaluation de potentiel, démarche Plan-Compétence-Compétitivité, conseil, mise en place de plan de formation, création de parcours de formations collectifs ou individualisés et enfin évaluation et certification des formations, le tout dans une Approche Emploi Compétences.
L'ensemble de ces processus est assuré par des professionnels inspirés par une vision patronale de la gestion des ressources humaines afin d’accompagner la compétitivité des entreprises au travers des compétences des hommes et des femmes qui les composent.
