The student forum of Paris-Dauphine University
Since 2002, many politicians, journalists, economists and business leaders have responded to the invitation of Dauphine Discussion Débat. Following our principle of impartiality, we welcome public figures from all sides and of all convictions.
The great diversity of the speakers (Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, Alain Juppé, Emmanuel Macron, François Hollande, Christiane Taubira, Rachida Dati, Raphaël Glucksmann, Xavier Niel...) demonstrates our desire to offer debates without preconceived ideas.
The guests come to share their experiences, their knowledge and their conception of society. Our ambition is to offer to the students the keys to a better understanding of today's society and to form their own opinions. Open to all, the debates gather up to 1000 students within the university, and are animated by members of the association. They also give to students the opportunity to ask direct questions to the guests for a dynamic and interactive exchange. We focus the discussion on current themes and raise questions related to contemporary issues.Original language

Depuis 2002, nombreux sont les hommes politiques, journalistes, économistes et chefs d’entreprise à avoir répondu à l’invitation de Dauphine Discussion Débat. Fidèles à notre principe d’impartialité, nous recevons des personnalités publiques de tous bords, de toutes convictions.
La grande diversité des intervenants (Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, Alain Juppé, Emmanuel Macron, François Hollande, Christiane Taubira, Rachida Dat, Raphaël Glucksmann, Xavier Niel...) atteste de notre volonté d’offrir des débats sans a priori.
Les invités viennent partager leurs expériences, leurs connaissances et leur conception de la société. Nous ambitionnons d’offrir aux étudiants des clés pour mieux comprendre la société actuelle, et se forger leur propre opinion.
Ouverts à tous, les débats réunissent jusqu’à 1000 étudiants au sein même de l’université, et sont animés par des membres de l’association. Ils donnent aussi la possibilité aux étudiants de poser des questions directes aux invités pour un échange dynamique et interactif. Nous orientons la discussion sur des thématiques touchant au plus près l’actualité, et soulevons les questions ayant trait aux enjeux contemporains.
