For several months, GRDF, SHEM, ENGIE, ALSTOM, CACG, IMPRIMERIE MODERNE, have been carrying out an innovative & unifying project: "Territoires Solidaires" in Aquitaine
The challenge is to drive a new dynamic in terms of career guidance for young people and the integration of adults, connected to the recruitment needs in our territories.
Finally, it is an opportunity for companies to contribute locally and in a civic way to the deployment of an action program that aims to create essential vocations for the future of our young people, and to make the skills & motivations of job candidates more readable on the geographical scale of employment areas to facilitate their recruitment.
This is a three-year experiment involving local companies with the aim of modeling on the scale of the Nouvelle Aquitaine region.
In other words, “La Fondation Territoires Solidaires” illustrates a value chain supported by local companies, which aims to deploy:
1- Local Trades Education component: interventions in middle schools & high schools to create vocations among young people, combat academic failure and prejudices about trades;
2- Employment & Skills component: mobilize job-seeking candidates, identify motivations & skills required in light of the needs expressed by local companies;
3- Creation of a “Shared Territorial Skills” digital platform:
Innovative tool with an intergenerational vocation, equal opportunities, and skills development, dedicated to local companies for their recruitment, including work-study students and interns.

Depuis plusieurs mois, GRDF, SHEM, ENGIE, ALSTOM, CACG, IMPRIMERIE MODERNE, portent un projet novateur & fédérateur : « Territoires Solidaires » sur l'Aquitaine
L’enjeu est d’impulser une nouvelle dynamique en matière d’orientation professionnelle des jeunes et à l’insertion des adultes, connectée aux besoins de recrutements dans nos territoires.
C’est enfin une opportunité pour les entreprises de contribuer localement et de façon citoyenne au déploiement d’un programme d’actions qui vise à créer des vocations essentielles pour l’avenir de nos jeunes, et rendre davantage lisible les compétences & les motivations des candidats à l’emploi à l’échelle géographique des bassins d’emplois pour faciliter leurs recrutements.
Il s’agit d’une expérimentation sur trois années impliquant des entreprises locales avec un objectif de modélisation à l’échelle de la région Nouvelle Aquitaine.
En d’autres termes,“ La Fondation Territoires Solidaires ” illustre une chaîne de valeur portée par les entreprises du territoire, et qui vise à déployer :
1- Volet Education aux Métiers Locaux : interventions dans les collèges & les lycées pour créer des vocations chez les jeunes, lutter contre les échecs scolaires et les préjugés sur les métiers ;
2- Volet Emploi & Compétence: mobiliser des candidats demandeurs d’emploi, identifier les motivations & les compétences nécessaires au regard des besoins exprimés par les entreprises locales ;
3- Création d’une Plateforme numérique “ Compétences Partagées Territoires “ :
Outil innovant à vocation intergénérationnelle, d’égalité des chances, de valorisation des compétences, dédié aux entreprises du territoire pour leur recrutement y compris d’alternants et de stagiaires.
