BPCE Infogérance & Technologies (BPCE-IT) est née en 2015 avec l'ambition d'être le partenaire stratégique pour construire et opérer les systèmes d'information de demain, au service des établissements du Groupe BPCE.
BPCE-IT regroupe les activités liées à la production informatique et propose des services d’infrastructures (messagerie, visio-conférence, téléphonie...) à valeur ajoutée pour les utilisateurs et les systèmes d’information des opérateurs du Groupe BPCE (BPCE SI, BPCE SA, Natixis, Banque Palatine, Crédit Coopératif).
L'entreprise est aussi en charge de la filiale du Groupe BPCE "Albiant-IT", responsable de la gestion des datacenters pour la majorité de ses établissements.
Dans cette perspective, 3 priorités guident son action au quotidien :
- L'amélioration de la qualité de service pour les établissements et les clients du Groupe BPCE,
- Le renforcement des dispositifs de sécurité informatique, notamment ceux visant la maîtrise des cyber risques,
- L’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateurs particulièrement pour les conseillers en agence, afin de contribuer au développement commercial dans un environnement concurrentiel et impacté par des taux durablement bas.
Pour mener à bien ses missions, BPCE-IT peut compter sur les compétences de ses 1 650 collaborateurs internes : Ingénieurs Système, Production, Sécurité, Réseaux, Architecture... présents sur tout le territoire français et en relation avec les plateformes internationales (Portugal, Etats-US, Asie).
