Le GRACQ est une association apolitique et sans but lucratif, mais c'est aussi et surtout une association citoyenne, composée à 99% de bénévoles.
Le GRACQ souhaite rendre les déplacements à vélo plus sûrs, plus agréables et plus faciles pour tous, à Bruxelles et en Wallonie, grâce à l’implication de ses nombreux groupes de bénévoles actifs sur l’ensemble du territoire francophone.
