Gen Con, "The Best Four Days in GamingTM" is a consumer and trade experience dedicated to gaming culture and community. For over 50 years, the Gen Con brand has remained synonymous with the ultimate gaming convention experience. Peter Adkison, founder of Wizards of the Coast, created Gen Con LLC in May of 2002 to continue the Gen Con annual gaming convention originated by Gary E. Gygax and his co-founders in 1967.

Gen Con is the original, longest running gaming convention in the world. Last year, more than 71,000 unique attendees experienced Gen Con with four-day turnstile attendance topping 200,000.
