Als Vereniging voor OverheidsManagement (VOM) proberen we - samen met overheidsmanagers uit alle bestuurslagen - te bouwen aan hét podium voor 'het vak van de ambtenaar/publiek manager'. Een dergelijk podium kan, zeker in deze tijd, een grote bijdrage leveren aan het debat en aan duurzame oplossingen voor de toekomst.
Als interbestuurlijk netwerk voor overheidsmanagement willen we een bijdrage leveren aan de ambities om dwars door de bestuurslagen en door organisaties heen grenzeloos ervaringen uit te wisselen over ons vak. Steeds meer collega’s zijn trots om overheidsmanager te zijn. De VOM helpt om hier gezicht aan te geven. Door personen dicht bij het vuur direct te benaderen bouwen we aan een krachtig netwerk en persoonlijke verbinding tussen de bestuurslagen.
