We established our business in 1992 on the firm principles of excellent customer service, unrivalled pro-activity and achieving the best possible sales results for our clients.

We believe that our customers are best serviced by estate agents who own and run their businesses, have expert local knowledge and are supported by a strong national brand and network. This is why we started franchising our business in 2006.

Our franchise model is based on offering combined strength and expertise in sales and lettings and our established and well respected brand with an annual national marketing campaign. We have a nationwide footprint of integrated branches and an experienced management team with a long track record of operating successful estate agencies as owners, operators and franchisors.

We specialise in sales, lettings and management of property and our vast portfolio of services also includes auctions, block management, investor buy-to-let, land and new homes, conveyancing, survey, mortgages and international property.
