Raising funds to get Europe active outdoors.

The It’s Great Out There Coalition is a unique not-for-profit collaboration on a European level launched by the outdoor industry in 2017 to increase public awareness of the benefits and positive impact of outdoor activities for individuals and for society.

The Coalition provides a platform for a wide range of industry actors including public and private, for-profit and not-for profit stakeholders coming together to promote their common mission: “Getting Europe Active Outdoors”

Through its activities, the Coalition aims to:
*motivate people to embrace the outdoors by spreading the message that #ItsGreatOutThere;
*activate people and organisations to engage in outdoor activity and to include outdoor activity in their work;
*advocate for outdoor activity and it’s role in policies towards a healthier, more active and more green future for Europe;

To make that happen, the Coalition works in partnership with European, national and regional authorities, all of the outdoor recreation industries, non-profit associations, the educational sector, other organisations, and directly with the public; Sharing our mission and passion to get Europe active outdoors.
