Son rôle est de favoriser le développement d’une force associative utile et créative dans une période marquée par l’accroissement des inégalités et le désenchantement. Sa vocation est d’être le porte-voix de la dynamique associative régionale.
A cette fin, le Mouvement Associatif se concentre sur quatre grands axes de réflexion et d’action : l’engagement, l’emploi, l’économie et le dialogue civil.
Son ambition est d’identifier avec ses membres des stratégies communes, des démarches volontaires de coopération, de créer avec les pouvoirs publics nationaux et territoriaux les conditions d’un partenariat respectueux de notre indépendance et de notre capacité d’initiative, de construire des relations plus solides avec le monde du travail et de l’entreprise, les autres forces vives de la société, les médias, les universités...
