Previously known as Higher Steaks Ltd, we’ve successfully scaled from a compact start-up to a dynamic company of 50+ creative scientists, engineers and operators, committed to a massive takeover of the food industry. We’ve developed a scalable production process that can cut costs, drastically reduce waste materials and improve the health of consumers.

We’ve raised capital totalling $37M from Balderton, Lowercarbon Capital, RedAlpine, Sam Altman (Open AI founder) and Max Altman as well as the UK government through a $1.2M Innovate UK grant.
