Lighthouse Labs is an 11 week startup accelerator focused on market validation, customer understanding, and venture readiness for launch! Founders receive $20K of equity-free funding and the perfect environment to learn, build, and grow!

We are a member of the Global Accelerator Network/Morrow and a Top 25 seed accelerator. We focus on supporting a broad technology and product portfolio of US-based, seed-stage startups in Virginia and beyond.

The program is founder-led and mentor-driven. This leads to strong results including over $132M+ in venture capital raised, 2500 jobs created and $200M+ in economic stimulus through jobs created over more than a decade.

is a high-tech, high-growth, scalable, early-stage but post-MVP company
is experiencing positive traction and looking to raise a pre-seed/seed investment round within 6-12 months
should have a validated business model and a proven market need for their product/service evidenced by early sales revenue or beta partnerships
comes from any industry (but we have particular interest in healthcare-related and/or FinTech companies)
is US-based, and we especially like Virginia-based companies!

The ideal Lighthouse Labs founder...
is a full-time solo founder or cofounder
is committed to active and consistent participation within the program and seeks educational, mentoring, and networking opportunities
should exhibit strong ethics, tenacity, and coachability
may have attended other accelerator programs
We welcome participation from multiple cofounders and strive to select diverse founders, including a significant number of traditionally underrepresented founders.
