The Group of Foundations and Companies (GDFE) is a non-profit civil association made up of donor foundations and companies that carry out community support programs.

• Strengthen the management of Private Social Investment of GDFE members through management tools and methodologies, training and coordination with other social actors.
• Promote Private Social Investment among peers, civil society, public opinion and international organizations.

El Grupo de Fundaciones y Empresas (GDFE) es una asociación civil sin fines de lucro conformada por fundaciones de carácter donante y empresas que realizan programas de apoyo a la comunidad.
El GDFE fue creado en 1995 con el fin de promover y profesionalizar las iniciativas de inversión social privada que buscan fines de bien público, e incentivar el ejercicio de la responsabilidad social en nuestra comunidad.
Desde entonces, su labor se encamina a propiciar el mutuo conocimiento entre las entidades donantes, el intercambio de experiencias y difundir las iniciativas del Sector.

PRINCIPALES OBJETIVOS
Nuestros principales objetivos de trabajo se basan en:
• Fortalecer la gestión de Inversión Social Privada de los miembros de GDFE a través de herramientas y metodologías de gestión, capacitaciones y de la articulación con otros actores sociales.
• Promover la Inversión Social Privada entre pares, la sociedad civil, la opinión pública y organizaciones internacionales.
• Contribuir en la construcción de la agenda pública mediante la participación en espacios orientados a la IS.
