Relentless, founded in 2012 by Joe Bonilla and Rich Fazio and with offices in Albany, NY, Greenville, SC, and Las Vegas, NV, is an award-winning creative strategy firm committed to achieving substantial results for our clients.

The agency’s clients are involved in manufacturing, technology, retail, hospitality, real estate, antiques, healthcare, transportation, economic development, financial services, and political campaigns. Our team has experience handling national promotional efforts, crisis communications and rapid response, and understanding the landscape – no matter the time zone or the terrain.

The mission of Relentless aims squarely on delivering substantial results at affordable prices for our clients. Relentless clients consist of some of the top decision-makers on the local, state, and federal level; create billions of dollars in economic activity; and responsible for the promotion and management of dynamic events and promotions across America.

As a continual commitment to the community, Relentless either directly donates funds or services to a number of non-profit organizations in New York State. Additionally, Relentless attracts students and graduate fellows from area colleges, in which our agency’s internship and fellowship programs opportunities integrate program enrollees with the communications and public affairs fields in Upstate New York, New York City, and Connecticut.
