The Bangalore Center hosts an array of yoga and meditation based workshops on inner peace and human values, which take you deep within yourself. Hundreds of thousands of visitors from more than 150 countries experience inner peace and learn stress-elimination breathing techniques here. In addition to yoga, meditation, and powerful breathing techniques, Sudarshan Kriya®, the world-acclaimed rhythmic breathing technique cognized by spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is an important element of courses taught here.
