Advancing the seeds of economic equity!

We are a California-based 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2015 with a desire to change economic outcomes for low-income families and the communities they live in. Poverty continues to be one of the number one issues that negatively impacts children and families, often creating barriers to greater life success. We believe that entrepreneurship is a key component to providing a level of self-sufficiency necessary to break the negative financial cycles that may be generational for some. We also understand that when economic stability can be realized, it opens the door to many other opportunities that can lead to overall healthier individuals, families and communities.

Our mission is to cultivate strong leaders for business and community engagement. We do this with a focus on four core areas of training: (1) personal/leadership development, (2) entrepreneurship education, (3) financial education, and (4) social responsibility.

Our vision is that all individuals are given access to opportunities that can lead to greater economic stability, and a thriving, purposeful life.
