    Serving the Armed Forces Community

BFRS is a Community Interest Company (CIC). A Social Enterprise that was created to work in support of the Armed Forces Community (AFC). It was established in September 2009 by the company CEO Harry Dean.

A CIC is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community (for us the AFC), rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners. CICs tackle a wide range of social and environmental issues. For us it is to ensure the AFC are not disadvantaged due to their service.

BFRS works as the focal point between the AFC and commercial businesses, helping the AFC to engage face-2-face (F-2-F), digitally with companies across the UK and enhancing their transition back into society and from career to career.
