- Provides information and educational resources about the Pay Equity Act;
- Investigates and resolves complaints about pay equity rights;
- Conducts research on gender wage gap;
- Monitors compliance with the Pay Equity Act; and
- Promotes and raises awareness about women’s economic equality.
