Since 2011, the association has supported more than 600 women. Almost 80% found a professional solution: employment, training or business creation.
Its social and economic mission was awarded, in 2018 by the solidarity crush on the SNCF Foundation, in 2017 by the Women's Prize in Choir of Doctor Pierre Ricaud, in 2014 by the Association of the Year Association awarded by the Banque Populaire Occitane Foundation.
With its results, Action Women Grand Sud wishes to increase its capacity for animation and action at the service of employment and development in Occitania. She is looking for volunteers, but also local, regional and national companies and institutional organizations, ready to support her by becoming patron or sponsors (tax -free donations of 66%).

Seule association d’aide au retour à l'emploi des femmes de plus de 45 ans, en Occitanie (Toulouse, Albi, Montpellier)
Action Femmes Grand Sud est une association créée en 2011 à Toulouse, en 2017 à Albi et en 2021 à Montpellier. Son objectif : aider les femmes de plus de 45 ans, sans emploi, à reprendre confiance en elles et à rebondir professionnellement.
L’association propose un accompagnement innovant, personnalisé, bienveillant (et gratuit !) basé sur une approche et des outils spécifiques :
- des ateliers thématiques sur la confiance en soi, la recherche d’emploi, la création d’entreprise,
- des entretiens de suivi : chaque candidate est accompagnée ou suivie par un bénévole attitré,
- une plateforme pédagogique sécurisée et accessible sur internet pour évoluer à son rythme.
Action Femmes Grand Sud s’appuie sur une dynamique équipe, professionnelle et à l'écoute : une coordinatrice et 68 bénévoles experts dans leur domaine de compétences : DRH, chefs d’entreprise, consultants en communication... Tous partagent les mêmes valeurs : la bienveillance, l’engagement, la solidarité, la tolérance.
Depuis 2011, l'association a accompagné plus de 600 femmes. Près de 80% ont retrouvé une solution professionnelle : un emploi, une formation ou une création d'entreprise.
Sa mission sociale et économique a été récompensée, en 2018 par le Coup de Cœur Solidaire de la Fondation SNCF, en 2017 par le Prix Femmes en Chœur du Docteur Pierre Ricaud, en 2014 par le Prix de l’association de l’année décerné par la Fondation Banque Populaire Occitane.
Fort de ses résultats, Action Femmes Grand Sud souhaite augmenter sa capacité d’animation et d’action au service de l'emploi et du développement en Occitanie. Elle recherche des bénévoles, mais aussi des entreprises et organismes institutionnels locaux, régionaux et nationaux, prêts à la soutenir en devenant mécènes ou sponsors (dons défiscalisés à hauteur de 66%).
