The VIA INNO platform: an interface between research and civil society.
VIA INNO is a university project created in 2009 and located at the heart of the economics laboratory of the University of Bordeaux: BSE - Bordeaux Sciences Economics.
Initially labeled a societal innovation center in 2012 as part of the Bordeaux IDEX, VIA INNO obtained the research platform label from the University of Bordeaux dedicated to technological intelligence in 2019.
The mission of the VIA INNO project is to disseminate the practice of technological intelligence for French research and innovation stakeholders.
To achieve its mission, the platform is structured around 3 areas of activity:
1 - Training and transfer: Transfer our methods, our vision and our know-how to users of technological intelligence.
2 - Research: Participate in the renewal of approaches to technological intelligence and become part of the research community.
3 - Raising awareness among decision-makers through demonstration: Disseminating the benefits of technological intelligence by meeting the operational needs of organizations.
Technological intelligence is related to the search and analysis of strategic information to better understand innovative environments. It is a set of original methods and tools with high added value which make it possible to address a range of varied questions linked to innovation management issues.

La plateforme VIA INNO : une interface entre la recherche et la société civile.
VIA INNO est un projet universitaire créé en 2009 et situé au cœur du laboratoire d’économie de l’université de Bordeaux : BSE - Bordeaux Sciences Economics.
Labellisé initialement centre d’innovation sociétale en 2012 dans le cadre de l’IDEX de Bordeaux, VIA INNO obtient en 2019 le label plateforme de recherche de l’université de Bordeaux dédié à l’intelligence technologique.
La mission du projet VIA INNO est de diffuser la pratique de l’intelligence technologique pour les acteurs français de la recherche et de l’innovation.
Pour réaliser sa mission, la plateforme se structure autour de 3 axes d’activité :
1 - La formation et le transfert : Transférer nos méthodes, notre vision et notre savoir-faire aux utilisateurs de l’intelligence technologique.
2 - La recherche : Participer au renouvellement des approches en intelligence technologique et s’inscrire dans la communauté de recherche.
3 - La sensibilisation aux décideurs par la démonstration : Diffuser les bénéfices de l’intelligence technologique en répondant aux besoins opérationnels des organisations.
L’intelligence technologique s'apparente à la recherche et l’analyse d’informations stratégiques pour mieux comprendre les environnements innovants. C’est un ensemble de méthodes et d’outils originaux à forte valeur ajoutée qui permettent d’aborder un panel de questions variées en lien avec les problématiques de management de l’innovation.
