Afin d’encourager les synergies entre art, société et économie, les Magasins généraux associent au gré de leurs projets les différents résidents du lieu, des acteurs publics et locaux, des institutions, des médias et des marques partenaires, à travers des collaborations inédites.

Le rez-de-chaussée, entièrement ouvert au public, se compose d’un espace d’exposition et d’événement de 1000 m2 et d’un bar-restaurant, le Dock B, qui propose également une programmation artistique et musicale.
