Value proposition

The German-French Young Leaders Programme is a new dynamic platform for dynamic young people from France and Germany. Our target group are young professionals with exceptional profiles in business, politics, science, media, culture, and administration with little French-German experience. We bring them together in order to establish a deep and sustainable dialogue among the new generation of highly motivated and skilled influencers from both countries. And in order to secure friendship between our countries for future generations.

We organize annual German-French Young Leaders Conferences alternately in France and Germany on topics that are relevant for our common future. Speakers include inspiring personalities from France and Germany as well as prominent figures from the spheres of politics, culture, and civil society. Various cultural events accompany and complement the intensive rounds of discussions. For the workshops we use new debate formats, such as Open Situation Room or No-Conference.

The next German-French Young Leaders Conference will take place in Paris.
It is scheduled for 12-15 May 2016. Topic: "COMMON DIGITAL FUTURE"​.

The Program and the Conference are organised by the German-French Young Leaders e.V. association and the French-German Youth Organisation (OFAJ/DFJW).
