Le Cneai = Centre d’art composé, navigué, engagé, abrité, imaginé est dédié́ à la production et à la diffusion de l’art contemporain et est hébergé́ à la Cité internationale universitaire de Paris (14ème), dans la Maison internationale. La Cité internationale universitaire de Paris permet des croisements de regards en provenance du monde entier, reflet d’un monde riche de sa complexité́. Le Cneai = dispose ainsi d’un atelier-logement-flottant, la Maison Flottante, amarré au quai de Seine à Poses en Normandie. Elle appelle à la mobilité́ et à la résidence hors des centres urbains, par un mouvement décentré́ et une dynamique aventureuse. Le Cneai développe également une programmation régionale, par les Maisons volantes atterrissant au gré des invitations d’établissements scolaires en Île-de-France, ainsi que des programmes longue distance, abrités par la Maison monde.
