Forum Organization is a student association, law 1901, created in 1985 which aims to generate contact between engineering students and companies. It is made up of volunteer and passionate engineering students from Grandes Écoles in the Rhône-Alpes region.
Flagship projects:
- Catalyz (November 9 and 10, 2022): online forum on our platform www.forumorg.org.
- The Engineer Objective Day (December 6): organized for 2nd year students at INSA Lyon, it aims to give them a clearer vision of the opportunities for the engineering profession.
- The Forum Rhône-Alpes, recruitment fair for young graduates and students looking for an internship. It will take place on February 15 in person at the Lyon Congress Center (Cité Internationale).
- The JobCenter: this is a student advice center set up this year whose objective is to support students in their integration into the professional world. Each student enrolled in this program will have a Forum Organization advisor who will guide them through the entire recruitment process. Recruitment professionals will also be involved in certain stages.
Our students mainly come from our partner schools: INSA Lyon, Grenoble INP, CPE Lyon, ECAM, ESME, EPITA Lyon.

Générateur de contact entre entreprises et étudiants-ingénieurs
Forum Organisation est une association étudiante, loi 1901, créée en 1985 qui a pour vocation de générer le contact entre étudiants ingénieurs et entreprises. Elle est constituée d'étudiants ingénieurs bénévoles et passionnés issus des Grandes Écoles de la région Rhône-Alpes.
Les projets phares :
- Catalyz (9 et 10 Novembre 2022): forum en ligne sur notre plateforme www.forumorg.org.
- La Journée Objectif Ingénieur (06 décembre): organisée pour les étudiants de 2ème année à l’INSA Lyon, elle vise à leur donner une vision plus claire des débouchés du métier d’ingénieur.
- Le Forum Rhône-Alpes, salon de recrutement pour jeunes diplômés et étudiants en recherche de stage. Il se déroulera le 15 février en présentiel au Centre des Congrès de Lyon (Cité Internationale).
- Le JobCenter : il s'agit d'un centre de conseil à l'étudiant mis en place cette année dont l'objectif est d'accompagner les étudiants dans leur insertion dans le monde professionnel. Chaque étudiant inscrit à ce programme aura un conseiller Forum Organisation qui l'orientera dans tout le processus de recrutement. Des professionnels de recrutement interviendront également dans certaines étapes.
Nos étudiants sont principalement issus de nos écoles partenaires: INSA Lyon, Grenoble INP, CPE Lyon, ECAM, ESME, EPITA Lyon.

Forum Organisation est une association étudiante qui a pour but de générer le contact entre les étudiants et les entreprises. Basé en France, nous facilitons les rencontres entre les étudiants de grandes écoles telles que INSA Lyon, ECAM Lyon, Polytech Lyon et les entreprises à la recherche de nouveaux talents.
