As a cast iron and steel foundry, we study and produce parts from a few grams to 2.5 tonnes, in multiple fields of activity.
We produce individually or in small and medium series, and also offer the intervention of our design office for the co-design of parts in order to optimize costs and deadlines.
We have the skills of 3 workshops at our disposal, namely not only the foundry (4 different production processes), but also machining and mechanical welding, which allow us to produce in a global and integrated way.

Fonderie de fonte et d'acier, nous étudions et produisons des pièces de quelques grammes à 2,5 tonnes, dans de multiples domaines d'activité.
Nous produisons à l'unité ou en petite et moyenne série, et proposons aussi l'intervention de notre bureau d'études pour la co-conception des pièces afin d'optimiser coûts et délais.
Nous avons la compétence de 3 ateliers à disposition, à savoir non seulement la fonderie (4 procédés différents de production), mais également l'usinage et la mécano-soudure, qui nous permettent de produire de façon globale et intégrée.
L'une de nos spécificités est la diversité de nos pièces (plus de 1500 références, chiffre en constante évolution), ainsi que les 300 nuances que nous maîtrisons (chiffre en évolution également).
Nous travaillons pour des secteurs aussi divers que la construction navale, l'incinération, le ferroviaire, la robinetterie, l'agriculture, la sidérurgie, la cimenterie, l'automobile, la chimie...
Nous pouvons fournir depuis la pièce brute jusqu'à la pièce usinée, voire assemblée, avec ou sans traitement thermique, peinture, test hydrauliques, etc.
