GirlDreamer is a non-profit organisation dedicated to addressing racial and socio-economic inequity by advancing young women of colour through leadership and wellbeing development.

We achieve this through grant making, capacity building programmes, and creating psychologically safe spaces, to support our mission of creating a world where young women of colour are equipped to achieve their fullest potential and drive societal change.

GirlDreamer has rapidly grown from a late night conversation between two best friends, to a thriving organisation which impacts women of colour locally, nationally and globally. We’re on a quest to dismantle barriers and redraw the lines of opportunity for women of colour, as we understand first-hand the unique challenges faced by our community, and we exist to break down those barriers.
