L’AORIF - l’Union sociale pour l’habitat d’Ile-de-France est l’association professionnelle des organismes Hlm. Elle joue à la fois un rôle d'appui professionnel auprès de ses adhérents et de représentation au niveau régional, départemental et intercommunal. Elle est en charge de la déclinaison régionale et territoriale des grandes priorités nationales, représente les organismes dans les différentes instances de décision et de réflexion et défend les intérêts de la profession auprès des partenaires institutionnels, politiques et financiers.
L'AORIF regroupe une centaine d'organismes de logement social œuvrant en Ile-de-France et adhérant à l’une des fédérations de l’Union sociale pour l’habitat (OPH , ESH, Coopératives d'Hlm et SACICAP), ainsi que des EPL.
L’AORIF c’est une équipe de 22 collaborateurs. 13 collaborateurs interviennent à l’échelon régional pour définir des cadres d’intervention pour les organismes de logement social dans l’ensemble des champs d’activités de ces derniers : attributions, gestion sociale, développement, gestion de proximité, sécurité, développement durable, renouvellement urbain, observation... 9 collaborateurs interviennent pour co-construire les politiques territoriales de l’habitat avec les partenaires départementaux et les intercommunalités. L’AORIF accompagne ainsi Paris et 27 territoires prioritaires pour les organismes Hlm ainsi que les 7 départements.
