The first competitiveness hub for responsible digital innovation
Accredited by the French government in March 2023, the ENTER hub (Digital Excellence for Environmental and Responsible Transitions) was officially established in June 2024, with the support of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, to promote responsible digital innovation.
ENTER supports public and private organisations in the development, growth, experimentation, and implementation of a more responsible digital innovations for sobriety, mastery, sustainability, inclusivity, and resiliency in order to advance transitions across all sectors.
ENTER is the first mission-led competitiveness hub, according to the mission-based companies framework implemented by the 2019 PACTE law.
The aim is to actively contribute to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreements for a greater economic sustainability.
All kinds of organisations are concerned by the project:

Le premier pôle de compétitivité pour l’innovation numérique responsable
Labellisé par l’État en mars 2023, le pôle ENTER (Excellence Numérique au service des Transitions Environnementales et Responsables) est officiellement créé en juin 2024, avec le soutien de la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, au service de l’innovation numérique responsable.
ENTER accompagne les organisations publiques et privées dans l’émergence, la maturation, l'expérimentation et le déploiement d'innovations numériques plus responsables : sobres, maîtrisées, durables, inclusives et résilientes, pour accélérer les transitions de toutes les filières.
ENTER est le premier pôle de compétitivité à mission, en s’inspirant du statut d’entreprise à mission promulgué dans la loi PACTE de 2019.
L’objectif : contribuer activement à atteindre les objectifs des accords de Paris pour une meilleure soutenabilité de notre économie.
