Le Centre Interministériel de Services Informatiques relatifs aux Ressources Humaines (CISIRH) est un service à compétence nationale (SCN) créé par décret du 9 février 2015.
Le CISIRH est placé sous une triple tutelle : direction générale de l’Administration et de la Fonction publique (DGAFP), direction générale des Finances publiques (DGFIP) et direction du Budget (DB). Il contribue au programme de modernisation de la chaîne RH-paye de l’Etat coordonné par la DINSIC.
Le CISIRH compte environ 125 agents répartis au sein de 6 départements et bureaux qui regroupent des compétences très variées, tant métier qu’applicatives ou techniques. Son offre de services est destinée à l’ensemble des administrations de l’Etat, en matière réglementaire, fonctionnelle et informatique.
