Hubikoop is the territorial hub for inclusive digital technology in New Aquitaine. We are a regional resource center which offers support, advice and training for organizations and professionals working for people in difficulty with digital technology.
We support field stakeholders in the development and financing of their projects, as well as in the development of their educational practices. HUBIKOOP also has an advocacy and support role for local authorities to implement digital inclusion strategies in the territories.
Digital inclusion is first of all a social issue, in order to allow the most vulnerable people to access their rights in a context of massive dematerialization. But it is also a citizen issue, to give the population back the power to act, to (re)find a job, or to promote learning. It is also an economic issue, particularly for smaller companies for which digital technology is a crucial development lever.
The development of digital technology in a territory must address all of these issues in a coherent manner to establish a virtuous circle in which people trained in digital technology could then put their skills at the service of the digital transformation of local businesses.

Pour un numérique inclusif en Nouvelle-Aquitaine
Hubikoop est le Hub territorial pour un numérique inclusif en Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Nous sommes un centre de ressources régional qui propose accompagnement, conseil, et formation, à destination des organisations et professionnels agissant pour les personnes en difficulté avec le numérique.
Nous accompagnons les acteurs de terrain dans le développement et le financement de leurs projets, ainsi que dans le développement de leurs pratiques pédagogiques. HUBIKOOP a également un rôle de plaidoyer et d'accompagnement des collectivités locales pour mettre en oeuvre des stratégies d'inclusion numérique sur les territoires.
L'inclusion numérique est tout d'abord un enjeu social, afin de permettre aux personnes les plus fragiles d'accéder à leurs droits dans un contexte de dématérialisation massive. Mais c'est également un enjeu citoyen, pour redonner du pouvoir d'agir à la population, pour (re)trouver un emploi, ou pour favoriser les apprentissages. C'est aussi un enjeu économique, notamment pour les plus petites entreprises pour lesquelles le numérique est un levier de développement crucial.
Le développement du numérique sur un territoire doit traiter l'ensemble de ces enjeux de manière cohérente pour mettre en place un cercle vertueux dans lequel les personnes formées au numérique pourraient ensuite mettre leurs compétences au service de la transformation numérique des entreprises locales.
