The Innovation Factory is a system of the University of Lyon that has three missions:
- develop and manage buildings in Lyon including creativity spaces and FabLabs open to the greatest number;
- propose a range of services mobilizing the expertise of the Factory, that of teacher-researchers, as well as the talent and creativity of the students of the University of Lyon in order to innovate differently on projects carried out in multidisciplinary teams;

La Fabrique de l’Innovation est un dispositif de l’Université de Lyon qui a trois missions :

- proposer une offre de services mobilisant l’expertise de la Fabrique, celle des enseignants-chercheurs, ainsi que le talent et la créativité des étudiants de l’Université de Lyon afin d’innover autrement sur des projets menés en équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
- donner accès au monde socioéconomique aux ressources technologiques et à l’expertise académique de l’Université de Lyon.
