Born from the desire of local economic actors to equip themselves with an innovative tool allowing collective experimentation and the transfer of know-how, LAB01 opened its doors in September 2016, in the train station district of Ambérieu-en-Bugey.
Oriented towards digital technologies & new ways of working, LAB01 is a collective tool for testing, experimenting and acquiring skills together.
The Fab LAB
A digital manufacturing laboratory for the design and production of objects and prototypes. Laser cutting and engraving, 3D printing, small machining, electronic equipment... Shared equipment allows you to quickly move from idea to prototype.
The Living LAB
A grouping of public and private actors, companies, associations and citizens, to invent and test new services, tools or uses. We rely on the diversity of skills, knowledge and cultures to confront a prototype with the reality of uses.
Cowork Pro
Shared work spaces, with wifi, coffee but also a network of workers encouraging exchange and openness. You come there with your equipment to work for a few hours or a few months.

Le Fab LAB
Un laboratoire de fabrication numérique pour la conception et la réalisation d’objets et prototypes. Découpe et gravure laser, impression 3D, petit usinage, matériel électronique... Les équipements mutualisés permettent de passer rapidement de l’idée au prototype.
Le Living LAB
Un regroupement d’acteurs publics et privés, d’entreprises, d’associations et de citoyens, pour inventer et tester des services, des outils ou des usages nouveaux. On s’appuie sur la diversité des compétences, des connaissances et des cultures, pour confronter un prototype à la réalité des usages.
Le Cowork Pro
Des espaces de travail partagé, avec du wifi, du café mais aussi un réseau de travailleurs encourageant l’échange et l’ouverture. On y vient avec son matériel pour travailler quelques heures ou quelques mois.
