To achieve this, we help children aged 8 to 16 get a good start on the labor market. Through the JINC program they are introduced to all kinds of professions, discover which work suits their talents and learn to apply for jobs. Thanks to JINC, more than 80,000 primary and pre-vocational secondary education students throughout the country have the opportunity to grow every year.
JINC organizes its program together with education and more than 860 business partners. Their financial support and professional expertise are indispensable. The partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and the opportunity to invest in their company. They strengthen their bond with society and offer participating employees an inspiring experience.

Helpt kinderen op weg naar een goede toekomst!
Ieder kind heeft talent. Ook de meer dan 240.000 Nederlandse kinderen die opgroeien in een omgeving met veel werkloosheid en weinig rolmodellen. Daarom strijden we voor een maatschappij waarin je achtergrond niet je toekomst bepaalt. Een Nederland waarin íeder kind kansen krijgt.
Om dat te bereiken, helpen we kinderen van 8 tot 16 jaar aan een goede start op de arbeidsmarkt. Via het JINC-programma maken ze kennis met allerlei beroepen, ontdekken ze welk werk bij hun talenten past en leren ze solliciteren. Zo krijgen dankzij JINC jaarlijks meer dan 80.000 basisschool- en vmbo-leerlingen door het hele land de kans om te groeien.
JINC organiseert haar programma samen met het onderwijs en ruim 860 partners uit het bedrijfsleven. Hun financiële steun en professionele expertise zijn onmisbaar. De partners krijgen er iets waardevols voor terug: de kans om een verschil te maken in het leven van kinderen én de kans om te investeren in hun bedrijf. Ze versterken hun binding met de maatschappij en bieden deelnemende werknemers een inspirerende ervaring.
