    The Maison du Vélo aims to make it easier and more appealing to the people of Lyon to use cycling or walking as a means of transport. It offers various services to cyclists and future cyclists, such as an information and documentation area, a cycling school (from 8 to 88 years old), activities and events, home-school travel plans, and training for businesses and administrations.
    The association brings together around 500 members, around fifty volunteers, a small salaried team, and several civic service volunteers to implement its project for the benefit of the region.

    La Maison du Vélo a pour objectif de faciliter et donner envie aux grands lyonnais d’utiliser le vélo ou la marche comme modes de déplacement. Elle propose ainsi différents services aux cyclistes et futurs cyclistes comme un espace d’information et de documentation, une vélo-école (de 8 à 88 ans), des animations et des événements, des plans de déplacement domicile-école ainsi que des formations vers les entreprises et administrations.
    L'association réunit environ 500 adhérents, une cinquantaine de bénévoles, une petite équipe salariée et plusieurs volontaires en service civique pour mettre en œuvre son projet au service du territoire.
