Le CROS appartient au mouvement olympique et sportif français, il est le représentant officiel du mouvement sportif en Aquitaine avec une mission de service public et relais des actions du CNOSF. Il est membre de fait d'une commission nationale du CNOSF qui est le Conseil National des CROS et des CDOS.

•Gérer la Maison régionale des sports de Talence
