Entreprendre pour Apprendre France est une fédération de 16 associations régionales qui développent l'esprit d'entreprendre chez les jeunes de 9 à 25 ans afin de les rendre acteurs de leur avenirs social et professionnel.
Notre démarche est centrée sur le projet collectif. Nos programmes s’appuient sur une alliance éducative entre encadrants et mentors où chacun apporte ses savoirs, savoir-être et savoir-faire pour développer les compétences des jeunes, dans un mode d’animation, de gouvernance et d’organisation de type collaboratif, coopératif et participatif.
Nos parcours reposent sur une base commune : trouver collectivement une idée, faire sa place dans un groupe, oser proposer, argumenter, puis réaliser concrètement un projet, se défier, se lancer et enfin avoir le courage et l’envie de la présenter. Donner à cette démarche un angle entrepreneurial permet aux jeunes de découvrir le monde de l’entreprise, les métiers et l’écosystème économique.
