HERR & SPEER is a political consulting & communications firm that focuses on gender equality and a more closely united Europe. The organization was founded and is run by Vincent-Immanuel HERR and Martin SPEER, who have gained a public profile as staunch believers and proponents of increased European integration as well as their frequent public advocacy for male allyship for gender equality.

HERR & SPEER are currently advising the Group of Seven (G7) on matters of gender equality, as both Martin and Vincent have been called upon by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to serve on the 2022 Gender Equality Advisory Council (GEAC) under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Jutta Allmendinger.

Since 2018, HERR & SPEER are also serving as two of six HeForShe Catalysts for UN Women Germany. In this capacity, Martin and Vincent, are giving keynote addresses, hold workshops, and consult companies, ministries, and NGOs on why and how men, too, can become allies for gender equality.

Currently, HERR & SPEER hold one of five 2021/22 fellowships by the Charlemagne Prize Academy in Aachen, under the auspices of which they explore concrete ideas to render European institutions more resilient and fair.

HERR & SPEER have published articles, books, and audio content on their two topics of gender equality and European integration with various media and publishers, including the Washington Post, Süddeutsche Zeitung, SPIEGEL, ZEIT, and Neue Zürcher Zeitung.

HERR & SPEER's work has received international acclaim and support and has been recognized with numerous prizes and awards, including the Jean Monnet Prize for European Integration, the Good Lobby Award, and the Innovation in Politics Award.
