Pour Une Dynamique Numérique
L'Observatoire Numérique agit pour une dynamique numérique en Nouvelle-Calédonie. Ses deux missions principales sont : l'observation du développement numérique calédonien et animation du réseau des acteurs du numérique.
Bénéficiant de la souplesse et de la représentativité de l’association loi 1901, l’Observatoire Numérique Nouvelle-Calédonie, a pour mission d’accompagner les acteurs territoriaux dans l’analyse et l’élaboration d’outils d’aide à la décision dans le domaine du développement des technologies de l’information et de la communication, notamment liées à Internet, à la téléphonie (fixe, mobile) et aux multimédias.
Elle a donc pour objectifs :
> d’être un centre de ressources en matière de veille, d’observation et d’identification de projets structurants et innovants;
> de favoriser la mise en réseau des acteurs de Nouvelle-Calédonie et le partage d’expérience notamment avec la France et la zone Pacifique.
