Anthropocene City is a team with varied and complementary profiles, which invents new formats, new scenographies, to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge in society and initiate the creation of a common culture of the Anthropocene.

Cité anthropocène, c’est une équipe aux profils variés et complémentaires, qui invente de nouveaux formats, de nouvelles scénographies, pour faciliter la diffusion des savoirs dans la société et initier la création d’une culture commune de l’Anthropocène.

L’anthropocène, c’est cette nouvelle époque dans l’histoire de la Terre où l’être humain devient une force agissant irréversiblement sur l’entièreté de la planète, jusqu’à provoquer une remise en question de son habitabilité par les humains.
Cité anthropocène propose d’agir à partir de trois pôles :
1 — La Fabrique de formations : La Fabrique de formations post-disciplinaires auprès des publics scolaires, universitaires, professionnels et du grand public, à travers le développement d’un catalogue de formations.
2 — Le Forum des savoirs : Le Forum des savoirs, qui vise la réinsertion des savoirs au cœur du débat public et de l’expérimentation sociale et politique à travers une volonté de développer de multiples formats de diffusion et l’exploration d’une grande diversité de régimes d’expression et de nouvelles « scénographies » du savoir.
3 — Le bureau des études : Le Bureau des études dans le cadre duquel des études post-disciplinaires (une science frontière en cours d’élaboration — « frontière » c’est-à-dire ligne non de partage mais de passage entre les disciplines et tout autant « frontière » entre les acteurs) sont incubées et des expérimentations scientifiques, sociales et politiques sont dirigées et/ou accompagnées en lien avec tous les acteurs de la production de la ville.
