A l’intersection de la recherche appliquée et de la pratique terrain, Makin’Ov est une agence de conseil en Prospective, Innovation et Trans-Formation, fondée il y a 12 ans par Nicolas Pasquet & Nassef Hmimda, enseignants-chercheurs à CentraleSupélec.
Agence à taille humaine, notre équipe est constituée d’une dizaine de collaborateurs entourés d’un réseau d’experts, avec qui nous opérons auprès d’acteurs majeurs des secteurs publics et privés pour les aider à atteindre une performance collective ainsi que durable dans le temps.
Pour cela, nous mobilisons un ensemble de méthodologies et d’outils (design fiction, design prospectif, envisioning, serious games, Innovation Days, ...) que nous développons et perfectionnons en permanence pour garantir un accompagnement efficace, sur-mesure et de qualité à nos clients.

• La prospective : nous aidons nos clients à se projeter dans des futurs plus ou moins lointains afin d’anticiper risques et opportunités, de construire une vision commune pour demain et de se mettre en action dès aujourd’hui.
• L’innovation : nous accompagnons nos clients dans la construction de leurs stratégies d’innovation, leurs expérimentations, l’accélération de leurs projets innovants ainsi que dans la mise en place d’une culture et d’une organisation de l’innovation. Nous favorisons la diffusion et l’acculturation à de nouvelles approches et outils auxquels nous formons les individus et les organisations.
• La transformation des pratiques managériales : nous guidons nos clients dans l’adoption de nouveaux modes de fonctionnement favorisant l’agilité et la collaboration pour (ré)engager les collaborateurs et leur permettre d’atteindre leurs objectifs.
