Poverty is a problem; positive economy is the solution. At Positive Planet, we have made this mantra our priority.
For more than 22 years, we have been fighting against poverty and all forms of exclusion through an innovative solution for the most vulnerable communities: positive entrepreneurship.
Since its creation in 1998, Positive Planet International has aimed to prevent the emergence and persistence of precarious situations in the countries where it operates. Through its action, it also contributes to meeting the various sustainable development goals (quality education, gender equality, decent work, and economic growth, responsible consumption and production, etc.) through 3 main tools: positive entrepreneurship, access to inclusive finance, support for small producers
Since 1998, our key numbers internationally are:

In France, Positive Planet offers to people in precarious situation a customized and local service to support the creation of their businesses with the help of committed technical experts.

Notre mission est de favoriser l’inclusion économique des habitants et habitantes de quartiers populaires à travers l’entrepreneuriat positif et l’amélioration de leur employabilité ✊🏽
Elle propose, notamment à travers le TOP 35 des jeunes leaders positifs, un autre discours sur les quartiers populaires et la diversité, avec pour objectif de faire évoluer la société vers plus d’inclusion et de justice sociale. Par son action, elle favorise également l’essor d’une économie positive.
Depuis sa création en 2006, Positive Planet a accueilli 40 000 personnes pour un premier rendez-vous et a accompagné 9 000 entrepreneur.e.s dans la création de leur entreprise. L’accompagnement, pris en charge par des acteurs publics et privés, est accessible à toute personne désireuse de créer son entreprise quel que soit son âge, son genre ou son parcours.
L’association est présente dans 170 QPV (Quartiers Prioritaires de la Politique de la Ville) à travers 46 lieux d’implantation répartis sur 5 régions : Ile-de-France, Hauts-de-France, Normandie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
Positive Planet compte 85 salariés et 150 bénévoles en France.
