Reconnue d’utilité publique, notre Fondation fédère depuis plus de 10 ans les acteurs publics et privés du monde juridique et économique qui souhaitent ensemble faire la promotion et accroître l'influence du droit continental en Europe et à l'International.
Notre Fondation s’est ainsi imposée comme un organisme d’influence, capable de créer un réseau mondial d’experts et d’organiser des évènements d’ampleur autour du droit et de l’économie. Elle poursuit principalement trois objectifs :
-Valoriser l’attractivité de notre continent grâce à l'amélioration de l’attractivité de notre droit et de notre système juridique.
-Apporter des solutions juridiques innovantes afin de faire évoluer des droits émergents en France, en Europe et à l'International.
-Renforcer la présence française en Europe et dans des zones géographiques stratégiques ainsi qu'au sein des organismes internationaux.
