UIMM Occitanie represents regional industrial companies in the metallurgy sector and supports their economic and social development on a daily basis: legal issues, human resources, training, financing, environment, attractiveness, etc.
UIMM Occitanie is made up of four territorial UIMMs: UIMM Midi-Pyrénées, UIMM Méditerranée-Ouest, UIMM Adour Pyrénées and UIMM Gard-Lozère.
Each of them is a member of the national UIMM, thus forming the territorial and regional level of the metallurgy network.
Coming from the industrial sector, elected by members, the volunteer leaders of the UIMMs have a perfect knowledge of the regional economic context.
Each is composed of a Management Committee represented by volunteer managers from the industrial sector and elected by the members according to three criteria: the sector of activity, the geographical distribution and the size of the company.
This expertise and proximity of each territorial UIMM reinforce the effectiveness of our action and allow us to best represent the interests, present and future, of the industries and thus contribute to their overall performance and the attractiveness of the region.

L’UIMM Occitanie représente les entreprises industrielles régionales de la métallurgie et accompagne au quotidien leur développement économique et social : problématiques juridiques, ressources humaines, formation, financement, environnement, attractivité, ....
L'UIMM Occitanie est composée de quatre UIMM territoriales : l’UIMM Midi-Pyrénées, l’UIMM Méditerranée-Ouest, l’UIMM Adour Pyrénées et l’UIMM Gard-Lozère.
Chacune d’entre elles est adhérente à l’UIMM nationale, formant ainsi l’échelon territorial et régional du réseau de la métallurgie.
Issus du secteur industriel, élus par les adhérents, les dirigeants bénévoles des UIMM possèdent une parfaite connaissance du contexte économique régional.
Chacune est composée d’un Comité de Direction représenté pas des dirigeants bénévoles issus du secteur industriel et élus par les adhérents selon trois critères : le secteur d’activité, la répartition géographique et la taille de l’entreprise.
Cette expertise et cette proximité de chaque UIMM territoriale renforcent l’efficacité de notre action et nous permettent de représenter au mieux les intérêts, présents et futurs, des industries et d'ainsi contribuer à leur performance globale et à l’attractivité de la région.
