Somos EXECyL, la Fundación para la Excelencia Empresarial de Castilla y León: una Fundación privada que, durante nuestros 12 años de vida y junto a las más de 80 empresas que nos acompañan, estamos trabajando por el fomento y la puesta en valor de la Excelencia de y en las empresas de Castilla y León.
Y lo hacemos desde:
a. La REALIDAD del mundo empresarial. Porque resulta fundamental conocer qué es lo que está ocurriendo en las empresas de nuestro entorno, cuáles son los retos a los que se enfrentan y cómo podemos hacer para afrontarlos de la forma más eficiente y responsable posible.
b. Los CONTENIDOS técnicos que guían la mejora de cada compañía. Y es que no nacemos aprendidos, por lo que necesitamos detectar áreas de trabajo y analizar cómo desplegar acciones que aseguren nuestra competitividad y nuestro buen hacer.
c. Las propias EXPERIENCIAS de las empresas y sus profesionales. Pues qué mejor forma de dar pasos hacia la Excelencia que junto a aquellos que ya lo están haciendo en sus respectivas áreas, y que quieren compartir esas experiencias y aprendizajes con otros directivos.
d. La CERTEZA de que las empresas en CyL están haciendo las cosas bien (y eso merece ser contado).
Para nosotros, EXECyL, los resultados importan, pero no más que las personas, los conocimientos, los procesos y los valores necesarios para conseguirlos. Apostamos por CyL como entorno empresarial de referencia. Y apostamos por la colaboración y la cercanía entre las empresas que operan en nuestra Comunidad para hacerlo posible: tanto aquellas que ya están en el camino de la Excelencia como las que están decididas a iniciarlo.
