"Innovation in the Marine Environment"
ProtoAtlantic is a marine innovation project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme.
The principle aim of ProtoAtlantic is to develop and validate a model for the prototyping and exploitation of innovative ideas in the maritime sector in the Atlantic Area.
ProtoAtlantic will also implement acceleration programs, creating a path from idea to market access where a structured process is used to manage product innovation. The acceleration programs will attract innovative ideas, creating a unique ecosystem where the creation and development of ideas will melt with a methodology that will cover from business model to market validation, including test phases. This circle will be completed with the launch to market of the most innovative and feasible ideas.
